Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated delivery times typically range from 7–10 business days, depending on the destination and carrier performance.

Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking details usually become active within 24 hours of shipment.
Incorrect Addresses & Refused Deliveries
We carefully verify shipping addresses before dispatch. If we’re unable to confirm your address, our team will reach out via email to assist you.
If the issue cannot be resolved, the order will be canceled and fully refunded.
Please note that we are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.
Missing or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your package, please contact our support team as soon as possible.
We’ll work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate and, if necessary, file a claim.
Once the investigation is complete (please allow up to 21 days), we’ll be happy to offer a replacement or refund based on the outcome.
