-The product is returned in reasonable condition, free from excessive wear, damage, or heavy staining

-The product is returned with its original packaging whenever possible

-Proof of purchase is provided

Products that show signs of excessive use, misuse, damage, or unsanitary conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Trial Use Clarification

We understand that certain products—such as pillows—must be used briefly to determine comfort and suitability.

For this reason, we allow customers to lightly test the product after delivery.
However, returns will not be accepted if the product has been:

-Used for an extended period

-Exposed to liquids, bodily fluids, or strong odors

-Damaged due to improper handling

-Returned in a condition that prevents resale or hygienic handling

VireonPelvinabloom reserves the right to refuse or partially refund returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refunds

Refunds apply to the product purchase price only.
Original shipping fees, expedited shipping costs, and additional service fees are non-refundable.

-Accessories or components are missing

The refunded amount will be determined based on the condition of the returned item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Once verified, we will provide:

-A replacement item at no additional cost
or

-A full refund, depending on availability and customer preference

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
Once an order has entered processing or fulfillment, cancellations are no longer possible.
